Building on my previous research that investigated EdTech's role in fostering listening and speaking skills, this paper explores EdTech services for improving English reading and writing skills, grounded in the theoretical frameworks of second language acquisition. This paper also examines the potential applications of ChatGPT, as one example of generative AI, in the pedagogy and practice of teaching and learning reading and writing.
