The Baloch either speaking Balochi language or Brahui language are inhabitants of Balochistan area located on the border lands in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran. They have lived their tribal life under with their custom named riwaj just like laws and the principal code of honour called nang as their constitution for a long time. The major consideration and work here will be a classification of material into two group riwaj and nang again but correctly. Then, by using of examples on Bahot being recorded in epics, folklore, historical book, novel and even author’s experience, the actual state of the custom of asylum for refugee would be unveiling step by step.
