The focus is to understand how these courses targeting mothers have changed over the years. Initially, in 1971, “With Childcare” courses were introduced for women in their child-rearing years. They mainly focus on child-rearing practices during the 1970s. However, by the 1980s, the courses shifted their focus to building relationships among the participants.
