| 内容記述 | This paper discuss the interlocking directorates for effective competition and corporate performance. However interlocking directorates have been criticized that they reduced competition, at the same time they have been considered as useful management apparatus for the increment of corporate performance. Horizontal competition and vertical competition are in striking contrast in the following point of regulation. The latter has been neglected by economic theoreticians and it has been without legal restraint. On the contrary, it should be concerned about vertical competition and indirect interlocking directorates. Namely it should be much received attention that the role of vertical competition and its interactions with horizontal competition from the legal point of view. In fact new movement indirect interlocking directorates are increasing instead of direct interlocking directorates. |
