| 内容記述 | In this paper, characteristics of education system of corporate vocational school are examined focusing on instructors. Many companies among major automobile and parts manufacturers run their own vocational schools where part of new graduates are cultivated as core workers. It has been discussed in many studies on how and whom corporate vocational schools have cultivated. Distinctiveness of this paper is the way of analyzing education systems focusing on who cultivate new graduates, who are in charge of instruction. It has been concluded that corporate vocational schools have assigned factory worker to instructor for practical training and that they have also grown in the course of their task as an instructor. It has been also revealed that the education system works well precisely because it not only enhances training effect of schools but also gives advantage of improvement in workers’ capability to factories which provide them as instructors. |
