Around the river were dense various constructions. Authors observed air temperature, relative humidity, wind direction, wind velocity and solar radiation from18th July to 31st August 2007. From the results of field observation, following results are obtained; 1) The temperature along the river shows the lowest among all of the observed points, except the heat source is close to the river, the temperature is not always the lowest. 2) Cross sectional observation lines show that the temperature along the street and along the river is about 2◦C maximum.
