| 内容記述 | China’s small and medium enterprises have developed after Chinese economic reform, nearly 40 years passed. The managers of “The first Generation of Chinese economic reform” that was founded at that time are about to begin to think about their retirement soon. However, in reality, few researchers have been conducted in Japan on business succession of small and medium enterprises in China. In this research, I will organize the previous studies of Chinese concerning business succession of Chinese small and medium enterprises so far and present a new viewpoint to be considered in future based on the research trends. | |||||||||
