The grain size of sample has decreased from 50×10−6 ∼ 100×10−6m to 5×10−6 m ∼ 10×10−6 m by processing it three times. The Young’s modulus increased from 2.3 × 105 MPa to 2.5 × 105 MPa by making the crystal grain minute.
