Ca) 固溶体を固相反応法により合成した．得られた試料を粉末X 線回折実験(XRD)，熱重量分析と電気抵抗率測定により評価した．XRD 実験より，Ba 添加を行った試料は，0≦x≦0.3 の全領域において正方晶K2NiF4構造の単一相であり，その格子定数a，c は，ともに，Ba 添加量の増加に伴い単調に伸張した．また，酸素量は置換量に依存せず一定であった．一方，Ca 置換を行った試料は，0≦x≦0.03 の非常に狭い領域でのみK2NiF4 構造の単一相であり，x > 0.03 ではLa2(Sr,Ca)Cu2O62126 相）と思われる他相が出現した．この場合，格子定数a は，Ca 置換量の増加に伴い単調に伸張し，c は減少する傾向が見られた．Ba 添加試料では，0≦x≦0.3 の領域で，超伝導特性は見られなかった．これに対して，Ca 添加試料では，仕込みのCa 添加量がx≧0.1 の場合，超伝導特性が確認され，また，T c は添加量x
