障害者雇用をCSR の重要課題と捉える企業が増加し,ダイバーシティ推進の課題として定着してきた。しかし障害者は積極的な戦力としてのダイバーシティとしては十分に捉えられていない。また女性,LGBT やがん患者はダイバーシティ&インクルージョンや働き方改革の文脈で施策が整備されつつあるが,各対象に分かれており,障害者を含めた包摂的な施策にはなっていない。本稿では経営倫理とCSR の観点から,企業の障害者雇用施策と女性,LGBT とがん患者の各施策を比較し,その共通性を整理した。障害者と女性の施策の共通性は① CSR として全ての経営活動に統合し,積極的に経営戦略に結び付けることが必要なこと,② ポジティブ・アクションという政策手法の採用,③ 働く全てのプロセスで不可欠な個別のニーズに応じた配慮(合理的配慮)が,両者の戦力化を可能に\nすることである。現状では,LGBT
