| 内容記述 | The feature of the Rural Development Movement, which was launched by the Government-General of Korea in 1933, was to individually instruct each farmer to make his own reorganization plan on his farm. The program of this Government’s individual instruction stemmed from the “Graduates Guidance”, implemented at Ordinary Schools in 1927. In my previous paper, it was revealed that the central advocate of the “Graduate Guidance” was Yahiro Ikuo, Chief of the Agriculture Division in Gyeonggi Province. This paper argues that Yahiro Ikuo established the program of individual instruction of the Rural Development Movement. Also, although previous research showed that the “Graduate Guidance” was replaced by the Rural Youth Training Center and Rural Youth Corp as facilities for fostering leaders in agricultural villages, this paper reaches at different conclusions. | |||||||||
