| 内容記述 | Due to drastic changes in the European economic and political system the German governance become under pressure as reforming of business system. In fact interlocking directorates and auditors are seemed to dissolve in the 1990s. It means also German traditional insider system would be to moving towards the Anglo-Saxon outsider system control. Many scholars coped with the problem of German government system as related not to outside market but insider control system from the sight of the network theory by using empirical analysis. Although the declining number of interlocking directorates and auditors, German network of interlocking directorates and auditors remain as a combined and complicated construction. It concludes that German corporate control is still governed by a network of interlocking directorates and auditors rather than a market control. | |||||||||
