To accomplish these ends, the author of this paper focused on the dynamics between global and the local space and furthermore the effect of “marker”, defined by D. MacCannell, and tried to do: 1） questionary survey about the sightseeing utilization of the traditional architectures preservation district among the local governments of the whole country, 2） hearings and on-site investigations with some cultural organizations in Berlin in 2018 and 2019; “Europäische Route der Backsteingotik e.V.”, “TRAFO”, “Schloss Biesdorf ”, “Berliner Unterwelten e.V.” and “Koordinierungsstelle Stolpersteine Berlin” are some examples of organizations doing pioneering practices of grobal cultural tourism.
