| 内容記述 | The research question posed in this paper is: “Can we evaluate and improve the curriculum by identifying the competencies required of communicators as perceived by learners through experiential learning and comparing them with the competency list using Reflection WS?” Using the SECI model, we confirmed that the WS is a phase of representation, where the results of project-based learning are presented as formal knowledge. Then, we conducted WS for the practical training we were actually in charge of, and examined whether this attempt would lead to curriculum improvement. As a result, we were able to identify areas for improvement in the curriculum using this method. | |||||||||
