This encompasses sustainability and practical integration of knowledge and insights to solve contemporary global problems. Multiple universities are considering integrating Sustainable Development Goals( SDGs) lesson plans in their classrooms. This essay examines the importance of incorporating SDGs lesson plans in the university classrooms, and more specifically, concentrates on how such classes empower students and other stakeholders to prioritize the planet's health and sustainability. The essay affirms that teaching SDGs strives to develop critical and ethical leaders of tomorrow's society, foster change management towards sustainability, empower a sustainable development mindset by integrating new viewpoints into classrooms, and developing students’ and lecturers’ competencies.
