Specifically, we empirically examined the effect of effort feeling, an accounting information characteristic of AMS, on presenteeism both directly and indirectly through self-efficacy. \n The results suggested that in the case of the low presenteeism group, the high perception of effort feeling by organizational members had a suppressive effect on the occurrence of presenteeism.
