 It seems that the reason why the debate on the revision of the Constitution (Kenpou) has not risen is that the meaning of the word "kenpou" itself is not sufficiently considered.
 In addition to the wordʼ Kenpouʼ was given a meaning of the holy nature in addition to original meanings,after the Meiji Teikoku Kenpou establishment. These three different meanings are used without being distinguished.
