| 内容記述 | This paper deals with the new research about the Interlocking Directorates in Germany. The prevailing view of interlocking directorates looks it as vehicles for management control. German Corporate System contrasted to other country system about top management system,which is characterized by two tire system. Moreover intimate financial and personal linkage,which has to be not discrete analysis but integrated analysis. It means within the system of German corporate governance, company exerts mutual control by many complex and independent factors. From this point of view it is revealed that manifold interdependencies within and between corporations industries. As the social approach and Graph－theoretic perspective should be needed, we treat the results of research by Ziegler, Windolf, and Beyer. In conclusion of this paper, the Interlocking Directorates System in Germany is subject to the characteristic German capitalism and is controlled by not only financial linkage but also various personal linkage. |
