| 内容記述 | This study analyzes the effects of unions on prescribed working hours per week, the number of days of annual paid leave granted and used, wage increases, and overtime working hours. It shows that unions lower weekly prescribed working hours, increase the number of days of annual paid leave, and facilitate wage increases. However, a positive correlation exists between unions and the rate of individuals who work overtime for more than 60 hours per month. This means that although unions are useful in improving working conditions such as working hours and wage increases, they are ineffective in reducing overtime work. | |||||||||
