| 内容記述 | The Japanese government announced the “e-Japan Strategy” in 2001, the “New IT Reform Strategy” in 2006, and the “A New Strategy in Information and Communications Technology (I T) ” in 2010 as important I T policies for medical care, stating that they would realize the “My Hospital Everywhere” concept and “seamless regional collaboration medical care”, but unfortunately these goals have not yet been realized. On the other hand, in 2003, Kagawa Prefecture built the Kagawa Telemedicine Network (K-MIX), the origin of Japan’s regional medical network. Over the next 20 years, K-MIX has greatly improved its functions as K-MIX + and K-MIX R, and the number of participating medical institutions has increased year by year, reaching a total of 183 medical institutions including dispensing pharmacies by the end of 2022. In Kagawa Prefecture, a mobile fetal monitor (iCTG, Melody International Ltd.) that can remotely transmit the fetus heart rate and a mobile system (NIPRO Corporation) that can remotely transmit the body temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and electrocardiogram of residents at home are also in operation. In other words, the technical problems related to health management throughout a person’s life, from the fetal period to the elderly, have already been solved. By connecting these technologies with K-MIX, we aim to realize the concept of “My Hospital Everywhere” and “seamless regional collaboration medical care”. |
