本研究では,世界的に注目されている研究分野であるにも関わらず,日本において実証研究が殆ど行われていないプラットフォーム就労者の就業実態を明らかにした。具体的には,日本の配達プラットフォーム就労者が不安定就業の状態にあることである。そしてこの状態をもたらしている要因は3つにあることがわかった。それは,第1に,報酬に関する情報がブラックボックスであることによって,配達員の報酬に関する裁量権が制約されていること,第2に,配達プラットフォーム企業が報酬体系を一方的に変更できること,第3に,仕事の特性と報酬に関する情報がブラックボックスであることによって,就業が不規則不安定であること,の3つである。\n
