| 内容記述 | Cultural rights of immigrants are considered to be closely related to the society they live in. This paper analyses the relationship between name rights and society by using Zainichi Korean names as material. The case study of Zainichi Koreans’ names shows that social change is important for them to be able to use the names they want. Recognition of difference is the heart of cultural rights, and it seems that seeing names as cultural rights and the proliferation of the concept of cultural rights will lead to a society which recognizes difference. |
