In previous studies of BTSM, the model has been extended from a business process consisting of transaction patterns starting from purchase requests to a business process based on transaction patterns starting from sales proposals. In this extended model, by combining two transaction patterns, not only can buyers\nand sellers make counter-offers regarding the negotiation of transaction terms such as price and delivery time, but the model has also been reconfigured to simulate the negotiation of price determination between buyers and sellers. However, the limitation of the negotiation process in these existing studies is that it is a limited process in which either the buyer or the seller can make a proposal and the other can only grant acceptance within a single transaction pattern.
