| 内容記述 | This paper explores the characteristics of an ideal business process in digital transformation (DX). First, based on representative previous research related to this area, we will deepen our understanding of four closely related characteristics of business activities recognized as business ecosystems: self-organization, emergence, coevolution, and adaptation. In modern business processes that are expected to realize customer experience value, the entire activities of multiple companies, related organizations, customers, etc. are combined as a business ecosystem based on the idea of a value network or value constellation. It becomes clear that this is necessary. Next, customers must be able to actively and flexibly participate as components of business processes based on SDL (Service Dominant Logic). It becomes clear that companies and related organizations that participate in value networks or value constellations must also be able to independently and autonomously participate in or leave business processes. To achieve this, it is necessary to form business processes appropriately through thorough standardization and modularization of the technological infrastructure that builds business processes. In order to efficiently and effectively construct and manage business processes, the layered modular architecture proposed by Yoo et al. (2010) has been shown to be a powerful information technology architecture. | |||||||||||
