| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify that the “organizational fit hypothesis of AIS” (Kawai, 2006; 2009), which states that “the technical functionality of accounting information system (AIS) is positioned at different levels of adaptation depending on the management style classified according to the unique organizational characteristics of a company,” can still be explained today, nearly 20 years later. In this study, we analyzed 149 companies listed on Japan’s stock exchanges using a mail questionnaire survey and evaluated the model fit based on covariance structure analysis. The results revealed that the complex relationship between the technical functionality of AIS, management strategy, and organizational culture can also be explained in this study. | |||||||||||||||||
