| 内容記述 | Subcontracting in France follows a make-to-order model, where production starts after price agreement, emphasizing cost accumulation, unit price changes based on order quantity, and prior profit determination. This approach suits companies with assured sales but struggles in uncertain consumer markets. In Japan, subcontracting aligns with make-to-forecast principles, maintaining constant unit prices regardless of volume. Profits are determined post-sales, prioritizing cost reduction and market price adaptation. The Japanese formula, “selling price – cost = profit” thrives in uncertain markets by focusing on sales volume and efficiency, contrasting the French “cost + profit = selling price” model. While the Japanese system excels, it depends on the quality, price, delivery efforts, and mutual trust of all participants. This reliance makes it effective yet fragile, as any lack of commitment may destabilize the system. | |||||||||||
