| 内容記述 | This study examines the ideological nature of the Soviet installment payment system and bankruptcy law. The government introduced installment payments twice—before and after the rapid socialist transformation. Initially, market elements were introduced into the Soviet economy to aid post-Civil War recovery, forcing the government to establish bankruptcy law. At the same time, socialist principles were incorporated into the installment payment system. However, after the socialist transformation, both were abolished as they were no longer needed under the planned economy. Following Stalin’s death, Khrushchev reinstated installment payments to improve living standards under socialism without introducing bankruptcy law. Unlike the earlier system, the new version imposed strict government controls to minimize financial risk. The state restricted individual financial freedom while ensuring stability, reflecting its broader effort to balance economic management with socialist ideology. | |||||||||||
