{"created":"2023-05-15T13:44:42.607029+00:00","id":3558,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"a26e1a57-4031-4c30-b449-ad068ba1532c"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"3558","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3558"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:chuo-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003558","sets":["243:244"]},"author_link":["24360","24359"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2012-09-28","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"256","bibliographicPageStart":"229","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"43","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"中央大学経済研究所年報"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　近年の日本は長期停滞の悪循環の轍から脱却できずにいる。H.ラムゼイによれば、労働者の経営参加は、経営側が挑戦を受けており、労働側に譲歩しなければならない時に進む循環的な現象である（Ramsay,1977）。経済が停滞している上に、市場経済にはそぐわない面もあるので、通念では今は労働者の経営参加を提唱すべき時ではない。しかし、経済停滞の中の市場経済下でも発展する新しい形の労働者・市民参加がある。現在の日本は、労働者がそして市民が企業経営や社会の運営へ新しい形の参加がなぜ必要かを考える時である。\n　今の日本経済は、長年のゼロサム・ゲーム的経済停滞の悪循環の轍からを脱出できない状態にある。この相互不信と足の引っ張り合いによるゼロサム・ゲーム的悪循環をプラスサム・ゲーム（win/winゲームともいう）に転換するには、企業でも社会でも不信社会から信頼と参加協力の社会への転換が必要である。\n　信頼と協力関係が失われた一因は、コミュニティの喪失である。欧米社会では、コミュニティの喪失とその再興が早くから話題になり、コミュニティにおける市民参加が求められてきた。日本でも東日本大震災がきっかけになり、コミュニティの復興が話題になっている。東日本大災害は、日本人に「絆」という人間的結びつきの重要性を認識させた。これがコミュニティを復活させる一つの転機となるだろう。\n　被雇用者としての労働階級は、日本でも就業者の90%に近づいており、国民所得の75%を得て、巨大な資産を持つ。労組の組織率は、18％台にまで低下したが、労働人口と労働所得に加え巨大な資産を持つ。労働者の資産参加を進め、この資産を組織的に株式所有に向ければ、労働階級は主要企業の主要株主になりうる十分な資産を持つ。人口、所得、資産でも労働階級は優位にある。その潜在的優位性を活かして経営参加を進める機は熟している。\n　本稿の目的は、三つの意味での参加が日本経済再興の鍵になることを示すことである。第1は、労働者の経営参加、第2は、労働者の資産参加、第3は、市民の社会参加である。本稿でいう労働者とは雇用されて働く被雇用者のことである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_32":{"attribute_name":"著者別名(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"24360","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"MARUO,
