| 内容記述 | Under the increasing of older people and cost of social security, the Japanese Government aims at the expansion of older worker. In August 2012, “Law concerning Stabilization of Employment of Older Persons” has reformed, and enterprises are required to make an institution in which employees remain at a company until 65 years old. In this study, I pay attention in the life of working persons in their 60’s by a result of the questionary survey. Through examination, it was revealed that they regard their wage level as important, however their family budget depend on heavily on public pensions at present. Meanwhile, it was already decided that the beginning age of public pensions will be raised 65 years from 60 years in near future. It was important problem that how we actualize the way of working life in their 60’s under the transformation of the policy of labor and social security. |
