What impressed me the most during the research was that traditionally in Hawaii, there exists a better working environment for women, and there also remains a strong presence of family-centered communities. Although there are many differences between Japan and Hawaii regarding their government, society, and cultures etc., I believe WLB in Hawaii has many thought-provoking implications for Japan. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to a better WLB for the Japanese working women by studying and analyzing WLB for the women workers in Hawaii.}, pages = {125--134}, title = {女性就業者に関するWLB環境の状況と課題─米国ハワイ州の研究・教育サービスに従事する女性労働調査結果から─}, volume = {18}, year = {2010}, yomi = {ホリ, マユミ} }
