| 内容記述 | With the rapid advancement of information technology since the 1990s, various new business models using the Internet have emerged. This paper presents a theoretical framework that inclusively explains thegeneration, spread, and switching of these business models from the coevolution and transaction cost economics perspective.Moreover, it considers the generation, spread, and switching of the business model,referred to as disintermediation in the stationery industry, and illustrates the explanatory power of this theoretical framework. In addition, this paper proposes the logic of re-intermediation to escape from the state in which business people who are locked into obsolete models experience success. | |||||||||
