| 内容記述 | The thesis focuses on the relationship between national sovereignty and three patterns of integrations. The first type of these integrations is a functional international cooperation. The second is a regional functional economic integration, such as European Economic Community (presently, European Union), and the last one is a regional economic integration based on Free Trade Agreement (FTA) or Economic Partnership Agreement（EPA) The commonality among these three is a functionalism while the difference is a degree of discretion reserved by each member country. This difference creates differences in structure and operation of these integrations. In the second type of these integrations member countries transfer almost all elements of their national sovereignty to a central decision-making body superior to them. In the third type, a reciprocity functions either beneficially and/or punitively, both internally and externally. | |||||||||
