With this awareness of the problems, the research project has tried to develop epistemology, methodology and methods for comprehending minute movements in regions and communities．In particular, we have discussed the epistemology build on a key concept of “stato nascente.”\n　In this paper, I consider the characteristic features of the epistemology.
