| 内容記述 | Water is limited natural resources and it is becoming to be difficult for anyone to use sufficient and safe water in the world. In this situation, the human right to water remains a vital and urgent issue. This study focuses on the efforts in the United Nations to tackle the human right to water and considers the present circumstances and the relevance of the human right to water. Here I take up the international regime and the human right to water, the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights（CESCR） and General Comment on No.15 adopted by CESCR, and the Resolutions adopted by the Human Right Council. | |||||||||
