| 内容記述 | Some corporations successfully regain their competitive advantages through transformation and adaption to their environment. This study focuses on the initial stage of the corporate transformation process, which is denial of company’s current situation by the top management, and that becomes a kick-off of the interaction process between the top and the middle management. With an analysis of the three cases of Japanese company’s discontinuous transformation process, two hypotheses have been developed that at least two variations exist in top’s denial approach and an effective approach is contingent upon external environment of the corporation. | |||||||||
