And this purpose is to be achieved through the completion of another purpose of revealing the success factors for new business development by the global IT companies. For this purpose, I conducted case study of four global IT companies including IBM, HP, Oracle, and EMC. That research evidenced that the success factors of IT companies for new business development are the late entry in the market with differentiation strategy backed by the unique business activities which were realized by both external and internal resources. And this strategy must be followed by the succeeding strategy in the early growth period which strengthens differentiation strategy and introduces marketing channel strategy.
