| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the information content of Japanese firms by the Cyber Attack.The research methodology used is the event study under theassumption of market efficiency.The motivation of the study is to investigate whether the information contained in Cyber Attack influences the stock prices around the announcement date.As to the timing of CyberAttack, ones by firms disclose risk information in advance exists.In the timing of the Cyber Attack, it is possibility that disclosure of the risk information influences the movement of the stock price of firms.The paper finds that direction of price movements is as predicted by efficient market hypothesisand there is no influence the stock price of firms that disclosure of the risk information and there is no influence the stock price of firms when the disclosure of the risk information passed for several years. | |||||||||
