| 内容記述 | I confirm the international situation of the recent Prudential regulation on Insurance Business and identify a reason of the difficulty as the importance. In addition, I consider Comparison approach with the Banking sector. This article considers possible effect, by international insurance regulation present situation and also implementation of quantitative insurance capital regulation same as Basel Capital Accord in banking sector, to our country’s Insurance Business Act mainly by comparison with banking sectors, and review the need and direction of domestic legislation to apply international insurance capital regulation. | |||||||||
