| 内容記述 | We face the problems of Population Decreasing and Aging in Japan now. These substantive obstacles accelerate to decline macroeconomic performances and to divide regions separated into relatively rich but quite few areas and poor and the lot of ones. The government strongly manages to solve these unequal economic results utilizing the regulatory policy and measures to migration from local or rural regions to metropolitan ones. The governmental strong will and end are adequate but the policy means she uses to solve the above issues are not so appropriate. It addresses three main subjects with empirical lessons. First, we indicate the importance of population flow using empirical analysis on the migration of young population from local area including suburbs to metropolitan districts and regions. Second, we investigate the causal relation between establishments and labor forces with using statistical technique. Third, we explain the effective relationships among regional actors and organizations including educational organs. The paper is organized in the following fashion. The first section briefly discusses the general law of population effects. The second section describes the linkage between women labor participation and their residential choice and decision from time saving point of view. The third section provides the empirics of the rank sized rule of establishments and labor forces. The fourth section investigates the dynamism of entry and exit forces with empirical data. The fifth section provides the short prescription for revitalization of local socio economic scheme with adequate measures. The final section closes with brief concluding remarks. |
