The worldʼs freshwater resources are increasingly scarce as world population are rising and many people are using freshwater. Acordingly conflict over water resources are becoming to be actual today. Especially in south Asia and southeast Asia, China has built a number of dams on the Mekong river and Brahmaputra river.
