| 内容記述 | Traditionally, Cesare Bccaria Bonesana was world-widely famous as author of his monumental work On Crimes and Punishments (Dei delitti e delle pene). Even in Japan，it was studied very well by japanese translation through French edition (by André Morellet). But, Cesare Beccaria has been known only a little as economist (and professor of cameral science) of Elements of public economey (Elementi di economia pubblica). Still more, he has'nt been known at all as offcial of the Milan (Stato di Milano). However, he has served as high-ranking official of the Milan from 1771 to 1794，year of death. lndeed, it is his third face. But, the fact wasn't been studied at all in Japan. To my deep regret it's only too true. Therefore, this paper examines for the first time his main reports and petitions to the Milan Government, for the purpose of understanding the whole figure of Beccaria as thinker of the Enligtenment in Japan. | |||||||||
