| 内容記述 | Ecotourism is a form of tourism that has developed since the late 20th century. Within Japan, growth and awareness of ecotourism has been extremely low. This paper examines the situation in Japan by considering the positive effects of ecotourism, identifying those areas of the country which are known for the operation of ecotours, and discussing why there is such low recognition of the term ecotourism. After surveying the efforts that have been made by various actors to promote ecotourism, there are proposals for measures that are needed in the future. |
