| 内容記述 | This paper discusses the current situation and challenges of Chiba Prefectural Governmentʼ s records and archives management. Ten years have passed since the act on the Public Records and Archives Management Act enforced. During this period, the way local governments manage records and archives changed significantly. The rules were also revised in Chiba Prefecture, and the management system for public records and archives changed completely. It is necessary to grasp the actual situation of such changes. Therefore, in this paper, I will introduce the case of Chiba Prefecture, focusing on the problem of archival appraisal which is the core of public records and archives management. | |||||||||
