| 内容記述 | Postpartum care or postnatal care generally refers any kinds of maintaining the health of the mother after childbirth. In various cultures, it has been thought that keeping her heath for that period can improve not only her subsequent health but also parenting and mother-child relations. Particularly in recent years, we have become to value postpartum care more important as support for women in child-rearing periods who are prone to isolation, including the prevention of postpartum depression and child abuse. In this paper I will try to type postpartum care by comparing the current situation of Japan and South Korea, and explore better forms of postpartum care in the future. | |||||||||
