| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of performance measurement and evaluation in Japanese manufacturing firms. We conduct a questionnaire survey of listed firms. The paper presents the current state of performance measurement and evaluation in major business division, including the extent to which performance measures are used, the frequency of performance measurement and evaluation, the characteristics of performance targets, the characteristics and usage of performance measurement and evaluation systems, and the relationship between performance and compensation. | |||||||||||||||||
