| 内容記述 | The new Private International Law Act of the Republic of Korea was promulgated in 2022. Thus, we translated all the texts of the new Act into Japanese. The translation is not word by word but according to literal meanings. We considered among others the texts of the Japanese laws as wells as the French and English translations of the new Act. Masataka Kyo drafted the first texts of the translation in reading the original Hangul text. Then Yasuhiro Okuda amended the texts and cited the French and English translations in the footnotes. The Japanese translation of the new Act will be significant for family and economic relations between Japan and Korea. | |||||||||||||||||
