| 内容記述 | Three cases have been analyzed regarding the treatment of personal information by the local government after the Great East Japan Earthquake. By doing so, it became clear that whether or not the local government succeeds in its personal information policy depends on whether they have “Disaster Prevention Legal Literacy.” In the draft revision of the Disaster Countermeasure Basic Act of June 2013 which included the lessons taught by the Great East Japan Earthquake, there was a large revision regarding the treatment of personal information at times of disaster. The revision further encouraged the local government to create its individual policy regarding the treatment of personal information. It has become more and more important for the local government to have “Disaster Prevention Legal Literacy.” The “Disaster Recovery ad Revitalization Law” that started at Keio University and Chuo University is a lecture program to develop “Disaster Prevention Legal Literacy.” It is desired that the lecture program be used in other universities and local communities. |
