内容記述 | This study aims to analyze the role of collective identity in global public and private partnerships (PPPs) in sharing social values and achieving development goals. When market oriented methods are introduced for sustainable development projects, how can various public and private actors create shared developmental values including reducing poverty and not violating human rights? May pursuing business profits hinder important social values in development projects? To answer these questions, this study hypothesizes if the project participants are able to form a collective identity with create shared significant developmental values, the team could formulate a sustainable business model which could enable the development projects to achieve their goals. Through a case study, the Ghana Nutrition Improvement Project which includes eleven public and private actors, this paper concludes that creating shared values may not lead to form collective identity among project participants, and how collective identity is formed in the global PPP determines the characteristics of a sustainable business model. | |||||||||
