| 内容記述 | This paper is the first to address the topic of corporate organizational members’ health in the context of management accounting. Specifically, we empirically examined the effect of effort feeling, an accounting information characteristic of AMS, on presenteeism both directly and indirectly through self-efficacy. The results suggested that in the case of the low presenteeism group, the high perception of effort feeling by organizational members had a suppressive effect on the occurrence of presenteeism. In addition, AMS characteristics had a strong positive influence on self-efficacy, and self-efficacy tended to have a positive influence on presenteeism, although this effect was not statistically significant. |
