内容記述 | The Purpose of this paper is confirming the factors which influence foreign trainees to gain manufacturing skills in the modern Japanese food manufacturing factory. To meet this purpose, this paper uses a few concepts of Kazuo Koike’s “Intellectual Skills” theory, which shows that the levels of skills are organized from the width of skills and the depth of skills.This theory also said that 1) the width of skills can be measured from numbers of works which worker can complete only by himself, 2) the depth of skills can be measured from numbers of works in which worker can find and fix the problem occurred in the process of manufacturing. Thus the factors which increase the above two numbers are considered as the factors which influence foreign trainees to gain manufacturing skills. Using these concepts two hypotheses are presented through the field works in the manufacturing factory and verified by the analysis of the survey against manufacturing skills for foreign trainees in that factory. The structure of this paper is as follows. Firstly the legal system which makes foreign trainees have been trained in Japan is clarified as the first research in advance. Secondly the concepts of “Intellectual Skills” theory which are used in this paper are explained in details as the second research in advance. Then through the fieldworks in one of modern Japanese food manufacturing companies, two hypotheses which explain the factors of effective way for gaining skills are presented. The first hypothesis refers to the width of skills, the second hypothesis refers to the depth of skills. Finally the above 2 hypotheses are verified statistically through the data of the survey to foreign trainees. |
